FEEDING SECTION

  • Lead Edge Feeding allows consistent and precise feeding of wide range stock and various corrugated board quality.

  • Unique polyurethane wheel surface and grid lifter with air cushion ensure smooth and accurate feeding of warped corrugated board.

FRONT LAY WITH SLOW DOWN AND SIDE ALIGNMENT

  • Sheet arrives at front lay with servo motor-controlled slow down action for precise registration.

  • Both left and right side push lay to ensure the accuracy of side register.

  • Advanced non-stop adjustment of feeding timing.

  • Front gauge position back and forth adjustable to accommodate variation in gripper margin according to the job specification.

DIECUTTING SECTION

  • Safety door and diechase safety locking system to ensure safe operation.

HIGH PILE DELIVERY SYSTEM

  • Spring-loaded adjustable chain tension back buffering wheel to maintain constant chain tension and smooth gripper bar movement.

  • High Pile Delivery Station with non-stop curtain system.

  • Electronic Batch Counter with Tape Inserter.

  • Rear damper adjusted via motorized control, mechanical side joggers adjusted manually, both are standard to ensure neat stacking.


FEEDER (Maxcut lead edge feeder)

  • Newly upgraded Maxcut lead edge feeder, more accurate and positive feeding.

  • Rare jogger at feeder to prepare for the possible future in line operation with prefeeder (optional).

  • Left and right side guides, individually adjustable with side register by choice per box layout.

DELIVERY

  • Escalator delivery fork with non-stop air cylinder for neat and positive delivery and conveyor belt delivery table to protect the sheets from scratches.

  • Bundle delivery with pre-set counter requires only one sheet interval in non-stop operation at 4500S/H production speed.

  • The bundle delivery table can be prepared for future connection with breaker for in line operation (to be requested at order).

  • Full stripping with/without lead edge waste stripping convertible by one button, no tool change, more operator-friendly and safe to use.
